Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Client Relations and Operations Specialist, this remote or hybrid full-time position will manage client relationships, coordinate operational processes with Managed Services Providers, and support the onboarding and servicing of accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Managed Services Providers, Vendor Management Systems, and internal field offices
  • Schedule and facilitate monthly meetings with national clients to discuss process management and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain and update client information and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working with Managed Services Providers and Vendor Management Systems
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
