Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Climate-Smart Agriculture Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of project activities in line with national workplan and project objectives
Conduct participatory training needs assessments and facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions
Monitor CSA practice adoption and ensure integration of gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Economics or related discipline from a recognized university
At least 5 years of work experience in the field
Working knowledge of English or Russian; knowledge of the local language is an advantage
National of Tajikistan
