Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the closing process for complex commercial real estate transactions
• Review escrow closing instructions and verify wire instructions for accuracy
• Implement process improvements for the national disbursement desk and commercial closing operations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in escrow required
• Technical knowledge of the closing process required
• Experience with leading closing software systems required
• Escrow branch manager experience is a plus
