National Commercial Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Commercial Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives on commercial transactions
• Review title insurance products and work with buyers/sellers and lenders to clear and close national transactions
• Manage transaction pipelines, ensuring critical dates and follow-ups are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related transaction experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Experience in SoftPro Select is preferred but not required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks
