National Commercial Underwriter
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time National Commercial Underwriter will manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives while working remotely from Arizona.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and attorneys during commercial transactions
- Review title insurance products and work with stakeholders to clear and close National Transactions
- Manage pipeline and ensure critical dates and follow-ups are met while coordinating document delivery for recording/post-closing
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of related transaction experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent spelling and language comprehension
- Experience with SoftPro Select is preferred but not required
