Accountable for delivering consumer growth and revenue expansion, the full-time salaried National Consumer Strategy Director will manage the end-to-end consumer growth engine, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own accountability for consumer growth, revenue, retention, and lifetime value across national products
- Design and optimize the full consumer funnel, enhancing conversion and engagement strategies
- Define and lead a unified growth strategy across owned and paid media channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in consumer strategy, audience development, or digital marketing
- Proven success in monetizing content through audience building or subscriptions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
