Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Contracting Director (Value Based Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of value-based care programs tailored for various populations
• Develop inclusive contracting frameworks for diverse provider types
• Integrate social determinants of health and health equity principles into VBC models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in value-based care design or provider network strategy
• Experience across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business
• Demonstrated success in managing value-based care programs with measurable results
• Experience with payer organizations, provider groups, or government-sponsored programs
