National Contracting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Contracting Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of provider network and contract strategies
• Direct the preparation and negotiation of provider contracts in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitor network adequacy for Medicare and Medicaid services and report findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Network Management
• Emphasis on value-based provider contracting
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in contracting with hospitals and physician groups preferred
