Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance, the full-time National Coordinator will operate remotely, overseeing service coordination, customer communication, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance and emergency service events, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated service issues, maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to Cox Fleet policies, escalating issues as necessary to maintain service quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination, or a combination of education and 3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and dispatch or fleet management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent service events in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes across various stakeholder groups
