Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Credit Coordinator to provide credit and collections support for national customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Make credit decisions, establish payment terms, and collect on delinquent accounts
- Monitor customer account applications and ensure proper documentation for credit approvals
- Manage accounts receivable for compliance and create payment plans for past due accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Credit Business Associate (CBA) certification desired
- 2 years of data entry experience in Credit/Collections or a financial role required
- 1-2 years of experience using financial and risk management tools required
- 1-2 years of experience in approving credit terms and managing collections required
- Food service or similar distribution experience is desired
