Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Credit Coordinator to provide credit and collections support for national customers in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make credit decisions and establish payment terms, while managing a portfolio of national/large complex delinquent accounts
  • Monitor customer account applications and ensure proper documentation for credit approvals and compliance
  • Negotiate payment plans for past due accounts and assist with regulatory compliance and credit reporting requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Credit Business Associate (CBA) Certification desired
  • 2 years of data entry experience in Credit/Collections or a financial-related role required
  • 1-2 years of experience using financial and risk management tools required
  • 1-2 years of experience in approving credit terms and managing accounts for adherence to credit policies required
  • Food service or similar distribution experience is desired
