Job Summary
Providing credit and collections support for national customers, the full-time National Credit Coordinator will manage customer account setups, approve credit terms, and collect on delinquent accounts while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Make credit decisions and establish payment terms while managing a portfolio of national/large complex delinquent accounts
- Monitor customer account applications and ensure proper documentation for new customer accounts based on the Credit Policy matrix
- Create effective payment plans for past due accounts and maintain communication with sellers and customers for timely collections
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Credit Business Associate (CBA) Certification desired
- 2 years of data entry experience in Credit/Collections or a related financial role
- 1-2 years of experience using D&B and other financial & risk management tools
- 1-2 years of experience in approving credit terms and managing portfolio compliance
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly strong Excel skills
