Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of SEIU's CRM outreach, the full-time National CRM Outreach Manager will manage national communications, enhance activist engagement, and oversee digital growth initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the national outreach calendar for cohesive email and SMS communications
  • Draft and optimize impactful messages that translate policy goals into compelling calls to action
  • Oversee a team of digital practitioners to ensure precise execution of mass communications and digital advertising
Required qualifications
  • Three to four years of relevant experience in CRM systems and mass SMS platforms
  • Proven experience in implementing digital strategies for organizing and political campaigns
  • Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to adapt storytelling styles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Commitment to embedding equity-centered learning and anti-racist principles in digital outreach
