Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Director of Health Plan Growth responsible for driving net-new business across national and regional health plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Drive net-new logo acquisition within targeted national and regional health plan accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across target accounts
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Proven success selling into health plans, payers, or payer-adjacent organizations
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior operational leaders
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive with a strong sense of ownership
