Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Director of TPA Growth to drive enterprise-level new logo acquisition across the TPA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition across the national TPA market
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans within complex TPA organizations
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience selling complex healthcare services or enterprise solutions
  • Direct experience selling to TPAs or similarly structured intermediaries
  • Strong understanding of claims repricing and No Surprises Act / IDR workflows
  • Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite and senior operational leaders
  • Track record of closing long-cycle, consultative enterprise deals
