National Distribution Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, National Distribution Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal alignment between business units' target appetites and brokers' books of business to maximize profitable growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and collaborate with regional leaders to achieve production and profitability goals
• Lead initiatives to position the company as a market leader and provide strategic input into producer compensation elements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in broker and carrier roles
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in insurance industry organizations preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance distribution and trends
• Strong producer relationships with global and regional brokers
