Job Summary

National Employer Engagement Specialist is a full-time salaried position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers to create job opportunities for students and graduates in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure job leads and opportunities for students
  • Research companies to ensure they have qualified IT roles that align with student training and accreditation requirements
  • Participate in organizational planning and provide expert advice on changes impacting placement opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Account Management or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, career services, or sales environment
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT certifications is advantageous
