Job Summary
National Employer Engagement Specialist is a full-time salaried position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers to create job opportunities for students and graduates in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure job leads and opportunities for students
- Research companies to ensure they have qualified IT roles that align with student training and accreditation requirements
- Participate in organizational planning and provide expert advice on changes impacting placement opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Account Management or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting, career services, or sales environment
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Knowledge of IT certifications is advantageous
