Job Summary

Building strong employer partnerships, the full-time salaried National Employer Engagement Specialist will develop relationships with companies nationwide to create job opportunities for students and graduates in the IT field, working remotely while managing a portfolio of employer accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research and identify companies with qualified IT roles that align with student training and accreditation requirements
  • Develop and maintain ongoing communications with corporate partners and assist Career Service Advisors in matching candidates with job opportunities
  • Oversee job postings and maintain databases of employer contacts and placement status for students
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Account Management, Strategic Research, or Outreach
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT certifications and experience in recruiting or career services is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
