National Evictions Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Evictions Paralegal to support its National Eviction Program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and local counsel, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
• Manage case reporting and track eviction referrals from initiation to resolution
• Prepare and distribute weekly client update reports while monitoring local counsel performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Legal experience preferred, but not required
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in eviction, real estate, or litigation law is a plus
• Knowledge of the eviction process is preferred
