Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
• Project management experience and ability to manage in a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy
