National Field Trainer - Psychiatry

Job Summary

To support a Brand or Franchise organization, the full-time National Field Trainer - Psychiatry will design, develop, and deliver training solutions for a field sales organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and delivers compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness and credibility
• Builds and maintains trust with key stakeholders through regular interactions and feedback
• Adjusts coaching techniques based on the skill levels of training participants to meet individual needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
• Project management experience and ability to manage in a matrixed organization
• High performing sales track record with a strong understanding of commercial success drivers
