Job Summary

Supporting a Brand or Franchise organization, the full-time National Field Training Manager will design and deliver training solutions for a field sales organization, ensuring alignment with Training & Development and Brand Strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
  • Build trust with stakeholders through regular interactions and provide candid feedback to training participants
  • Coach National Field Trainers and adjust training techniques to meet individual needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 2+ years of sales training experience
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
  • Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
  • Strong understanding of success drivers in a commercial organization
