Job Summary
Supporting a Brand or Franchise organization, the full-time National Field Training Manager will design and deliver training solutions for a field sales organization, ensuring alignment with Training & Development and Brand Strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
- Build trust with stakeholders through regular interactions and provide candid feedback to training participants
- Coach National Field Trainers and adjust training techniques to meet individual needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 2+ years of sales training experience
- Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products
- Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
- Strong understanding of success drivers in a commercial organization
