Job Summary

Supporting a Brand organization, the full-time National Field Training Manager will design and deliver training solutions for a field sales team while building relationships with key stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Designs and develops compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
  • Builds trust with stakeholders through regular interactions and feedback
  • Provides coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers to improve performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 2+ years of sales training experience
  • Knowledge of regulations affecting pharmaceutical products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP)
  • Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
  • Proven high-performing sales track record in a commercial organization
