Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent execution of the Factory Certified Installation program and monitor compliance across regions
- Manage installation quality, track performance indicators, and address complex installation issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Strong background in operations, installation, or field-based partner networks
- 7 years of experience in an operations management leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
