Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Installation Manager to oversee the Factory Certified Installation program and manage a team of Regional Installation Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Installation Managers while overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure consistent execution of the Factory Certified Installation program and monitor compliance across regions
• Manage installation quality, track performance indicators, and address complex installation issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Strong background in operations, installation, or field-based partner networks
• 7 years of experience in an operations management leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
