National Instructor - Growth Productivity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Growth and Productivity Instructor for a U.S. based remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver adult learning courses to promote agent and broker business growth
• Contribute to training strategy and provide updates on course results
• Facilitate train the trainers and support rollouts of new learning content

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience in virtual and in-person training delivery
• Understanding of adult learning theory with experience in adult education preferred
• Prior experience in real estate sales or management is a plus
• Sales or entrepreneurial background is a plus
