Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Manager, Cash Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Cash Optimization across offices, practices and functions
• Monitor key performance metrics for active management of transition into operations
• Analyze data to identify trends related to cash and develop plans to avoid, reduce, and resolve exceptions

Required Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field preferred, or 7+ years of related experience
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle in a managed care environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Healthcare reimbursement/collections, medical billing, and financial reporting
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead process improvement projects
