Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Manager, Programs & Grants for Emergency Management, Environment of Care, and Safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute initiatives to align functional objectives with business strategic objectives
  • Oversee grant management processes, including writing proposals and ensuring compliance
  • Implement change management strategies to support new business processes and evaluate user readiness


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
  • Ability to acquire PMP certification within one year of onboarding required
  • Prior experience in Facilities Management or Healthcare required
  • 5 years of Project Management experience required, with experience in FEMA grant programs and grant writing
  • 3-5 years of Program Management experience required
