National Medical Director, FL

Job Summary

To drive clinical excellence and strategic growth, the full-time National Medical Director in Florida will provide oversight and performance management for primary care physicians, collaborate with leadership on clinical strategies, and ensure optimal utilization outcomes while working in a hybrid environment with some travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight, mentoring, and performance management for primary care physicians and medical directors
• Serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO programs and partner closely with the VP of Clinical Practice
• Accountable for utilization outcomes and collaborate with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Leadership experience in a primary care setting
• Knowledge and experience within primary care
• Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Advanced-level computer proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheets
