Job Summary

Driving clinical excellence and strategic growth, the full-time National Medical Director - MN will provide oversight and performance management for primary care physicians, collaborate with cross-functional leadership, and serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight, mentoring, and performance management for primary care physicians and medical directors
• Serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO programs and align clinical strategy with organizational leadership
• Accountable for utilization outcomes and collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience

Required qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge and experience within primary care
• Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Advanced-level computer proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
