Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Field Service personnel with timekeeping, onboarding, forecasting, and revenue tracking
- Manage Electronic Timecard (eTC) audits, Salesforce updates, and billable Work Order revenue reports
- Conduct onboarding and training for new customer service engineers and manage administrative tasks related to invoicing and purchase orders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with graduation by 12/31/2026
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or customer service experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- This is a remote role; no relocation benefit is offered
