Job Summary
Executing and supporting onboarding activities for CPS Field Service technicians, the full-time National Operations Coordinator will manage logistics, coordinate resources, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires at a national level
- Coordinate logistics for equipment provisioning, including vehicles and technology setup
- Facilitate system access management and serve as the primary contact for onboarding IT issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit of one, with graduation anticipated no later than 12/31/2027
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, operations, or onboarding coordination roles
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
