National Organizing Director

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of the 2026 Party at the Polls program, the full-time National Organizing Director will manage a team of organizers and oversee a nationwide grant program aimed at enhancing voter turnout through community-led events, working remotely until December 15, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the implementation of the Party at the Polls program to drive voter turnout
• Oversee grant strategy and the disbursement of the Party at the Polls Fund
• Manage and develop a team of 3-5 direct reports, fostering a mission-driven culture

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and partnership management
• Experience executing grant-funded programs with familiarity in reporting requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale events and projects for organizations
