Job Summary
Serving as the primary catalyst for Managed Services Provider (MSP) growth, the remote National Partner Manager will manage existing MSP relationships, identify and recruit new MSPs, and drive regional enablement efforts while collaborating with sales teams to expand service offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Document and analyze partner service offerings and expansion potential to enhance existing MSP relationships
- Identify and recruit new target MSPs, leading the lifecycle from identification to transaction
- Act as the subject matter expert for MSP-related queries, driving understanding of pricing models and processes within the sales teams
Required qualifications
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with a proven track record in developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
- Ability to assess and manage a National Partner or territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering preferred
- Experience supporting Sales/Channels in enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions
- Excellent communication skills to drive consensus across internal and partner organizations
