Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of personal lines insurance leadership experience
• Strong understanding of national carrier partnerships and market trends
• Proven track record of building and scaling practices within an insurance brokerage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading change in matrixed organizations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry designations preferred
