National Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation and management of large-scale national programs, the full-time National Program Manager will execute strategic initiatives, coordinate resources, and develop client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement tactics aligned with company-wide programs and translate strategic direction into actionable steps
• Develop the pursuit pipeline by identifying opportunities and evaluating potential clients and services
• Serve as the primary liaison between service lines, sector, operations, and client teams to ensure coordinated execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology with 9 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong background in environmental or engineering consulting and client development
• Experience in client engagement, proposal writing, and commercial agreements
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history may be required
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred but not required
