National Purchase Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Purchase Specialist responsible for coordinating and processing national real estate purchase transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process conventional and cash purchase transactions on a national level
• Prepare settlement statements and assemble closing packages for lender review
• Maintain communication with all parties involved to ensure compliance and timely updates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate title/closing and document processing
• Minimum of 1+ year of purchase experience; national purchase experience preferred
• Strong understanding of real estate closing processes and documentation
