National Recoveries Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting Class Action, Mass Tort, and complex litigation recovery initiatives, the full-time National Recoveries Consultant will work remotely to facilitate the recovery of healthcare claim payments through collaboration with legal teams and data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Review settlement terms and prepare case summaries for pharmaceutical settlements and tort actions
- Collect and analyze data from clients to support claim filing and recovery efforts
- Provide legal data support and participate in the development of best practices for recovery operations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in interpreting and analyzing large data sets
- Understanding of healthcare claims
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work full-time during normal business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime
