Job Summary
To enhance the recruitment of independent insurance agents, the full-time National Recruiting Manager will source, interview, and onboard candidates while working remotely and supporting the Worksite Division's growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Source, interview, and recruit agents and management candidates for the PMA Field Worksite sales organizations
- Establish referral sources and develop new talent attraction strategies
- Provide coaching on effective recruiting techniques and complete weekly KPI reporting
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of experience recruiting 1099 professional insurance agents
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize work
- Strong self-motivation and goal-setting skills
- Passion for helping candidates succeed in their careers
