A company is looking for a National Director of Revenue Cycle, responsible for managing the revenue cycle processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve cash collections and minimize bad debt while ensuring timely claims posting
• Develop a high-performance team and ensure transparency on goals and performance improvement
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in various functional areas of the revenue cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in consulting, project management, or general management in revenue cycle management
• Strong business expertise and financial acumen to facilitate sustainable change
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative nature to address complex organizational issues
• Willingness to travel up to 10% nationally
