Job Summary
Based in Canada, the full-time National Sales Account Lead will manage business-to-business relationships with high-potential accounts, focusing on revenue growth for Hyatt-branded hotels while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust account intelligence within Hyatt's CRM
- Educate buyers on Hyatt's brands to build preference and loyalty
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the annual transient RFP process
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales, hospitality sales, account management, or related experience
- Strong sales knowledge and business development experience across transient and group segments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools
- Detailed organizational skills with experience managing a high-volume portfolio
- Knowledge of customer sourcing and booking tools such as Cvent or similar platforms
