Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales analytics framework to identify market opportunities and predict revenue trends
  • Establish a performance management system to drive sales excellence and optimize territory results
  • Lead the evolution of the national sales methodology and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Comfort working with prospects ranging from $30k to $400k in ARR
  • Ability to analyze reports and determine necessary changes based on results
  • Work ethic to accommodate calls/emails at all hours
  • Experience in the SaaS or HOA management industries is a plus
