Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute service, technical support, and training efforts for Laundry and Warewash programs
• Conduct training for internal teams, distributor partners, and end users while ensuring technical competency
• Support revenue growth through strategic sales execution and market insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of field experience in installation and service of Laundry and Warewash equipment
• Experience in strategic business planning and cross-functional collaboration
• Comprehensive technical understanding of electrical and plumbing standards
• Knowledge of laundry micro-processing hardware and technical training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
