Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales financial targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Define and implement a sales strategy to accelerate market penetration and customer loyalty
- Build, manage, and develop a productive, cost-effective, and scalable sales organization
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in CRM software/processes, lighting category, luxury retail showroom management, and ecommerce
- Ability to drive increased customer satisfaction/loyalty
- Skilled at working and managing cross-functionally to drive sales programs
- Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and manage technology-enabled sales and sales management processes
