Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales financial targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
  • Define and implement a sales strategy to accelerate market penetration and customer loyalty
  • Build, manage, and develop a productive, cost-effective, and scalable sales organization
Required Qualifications:
  • 10-15+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience in CRM software/processes, lighting category, luxury retail showroom management, and ecommerce

  • Skilled at working and managing cross-functionally to drive sales programs
  • Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and manage technology-enabled sales and sales management processes
