Key Responsibilities

  • Develop market strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain broker partnerships while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years selling employee benefit-related products
  • Consistent quota achievement for 4+ years with one employer
  • National sales training completed (preferred)
  • Ability to provide four broker references from different firms (required)
