Job Summary

Driving enterprise growth across workers' compensation, auto, and liability markets, the remote National Sales Executive will identify and close large national accounts while maintaining executive-level relationships and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and close large national accounts, leading complex sales cycles including RFPs and contract negotiations
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts, participating in stewardship meetings and delivering data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to grow national programs and provide market feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in P&C, workers' comp, IME, or related industries
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing enterprise relationships
  • Experience with national accounts and multi-state programs
  • Strong understanding of cost containment in the P&C space
  • Excellent communication and strategic execution skills
