Job Summary

Building and managing an outbound B2B sales team, the full-time National Sales Executive will drive the sales process from lead generation to closing while collaborating with the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure client relationship success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire a team of regional sales development representatives and account executives
  • Provide coaching and leadership to your sales team
  • Track and monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales
  • Experience building and managing a team of sales/business development representatives and account executives
  • Proven success developing an outbound sales program
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io)
  • Knowledge of real estate and title industries strongly preferred
