Job Summary
Building and managing an outbound B2B sales team, the full-time National Sales Executive will drive the sales process from lead generation to closing while collaborating with the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure client relationship success.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire a team of regional sales development representatives and account executives
- Provide coaching and leadership to your sales team
- Track and monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales
- Experience building and managing a team of sales/business development representatives and account executives
- Proven success developing an outbound sales program
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io)
- Knowledge of real estate and title industries strongly preferred
