Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand existing payer partnerships through renewals, renegotiations, and contract expansions
- Maintain executive-level visibility into account health and performance metrics
- Build and coach a high-performing sales team while ensuring alignment and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience, particularly with Medicaid managed care organizations
- Proven experience in managing and growing a book of business
- Experience negotiating Alternative Payment Models (APMs) and Value-Based Care
- Experience in digital health or high-growth startup environments
- Track record of coaching and developing sales teams
