Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Sales Lead, Existing Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and expand existing payer partnerships through renewals, renegotiations, and contract expansions
  • Maintain executive-level visibility into account health and performance metrics
  • Build and coach a high-performing sales team while ensuring alignment and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience, particularly with Medicaid managed care organizations
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a book of business
  • Experience negotiating Alternative Payment Models (APMs) and Value-Based Care
  • Experience in digital health or high-growth startup environments
  • Track record of coaching and developing sales teams
