Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level goal setting, coaching, training, and direction to the National Account leadership team
• Oversee the growth of sales in building and trade services and materials for mid-size and large customers
• Collaborate with Owner Direct National Account Sales and Finance Leadership on strategic plans for growth and channel expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in strategic sales account management
• Experience working within a matrix organization
• Strong background in sales, margin, and new business targets
• Experience in the Building Materials or service trades industry
