Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to build and execute a national sales strategy, recruit and lead high-performing sales teams, and drive revenue growth in a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals
  • Recruit, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives across the U.S
  • Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to align sales goals with company objectives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of current outside sales leadership experience in the Credit Card Processing or Merchant Services industry
  • Proven experience in building and managing geographically dispersed sales teams for at least 5 years
  • Strong understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment technology
  • Ability to recruit and mentor high-performing sales professionals
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for staying ahead of market trends
