Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategic launch plans for the brand that ladder into seasonal and annual goals
• Lead and Manage the field sales team to drive US WHSL business profitably
• Build forecast plans to allow for healthy growth and a clean marketplace

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in the footwear and fashion space
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven track record of delivering results according to sales and financial plans
• Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
